Shipping Policy

Pool Floats Direct.com is committed to providing you with exceptional customer service.  We will ensure that your order is shipped to your door as quickly and safely as possible.  We employ only the most reputable parcel and freight carriers in the industry to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.  The following terms and conditions apply to any order.

• Most orders are sent via DHL Ground. We may choose to use other carriers depending on location, costs, etc. The other freight carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or a business.
• If the delivery truck cannot get to your location, you will be asked to pick up the order at a trucking terminal determined by Pool Floats Direct.com.
• If your order is cancelled en route you will still be charged for any freight chargers that are incurred.

Orders going to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged additional shipping fees, based on destination, size, and weight.

• Express or expedited shipping services will be additional if you decide to choose that option.
• Shipping to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addressed, Canada, and other non-US regions is not an option.
